Delivery & Returns

All orders are being made to order. We do not hold lots in stock - it is made just for YOU. Current turnaround is 5-7 working days for most items + shipping time. Choosing next day delivery does not mean it will actually be delivered next day after you order. But it will be fully trackable and guaranteed next day delivery WHEN it is despatched.

UK:                FREE for All orders. We are using Royal mail so delays are expected

International: FREE delivery for all orders of £100 and more.
                      £9.99 for all orders up to £99.99 (DPD to most countries, or Royal Mail International tracked)
                      £24.99 for courier service (2-3 working days)
Redelivery:
If we need to redeliver your order (if your order was returned back to us due to not collecting, not being home, not providing correct address, etc), we will have to invoice you for a redelivery fee of £5.
Returns

    We do offer 30 days return/exchange. Please contact us within 14 days (info@artsyclothing.co.uk) if you have any issue with your order. 

    PLEASE NOTE: Because all our items are made to order, we cannot offer a full refund unless the item is faulty/damaged. If the size/fit is not right, we are happy to exchange it to a different size/product.

    If the item arrived faulty please contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund.

    The item must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

    The item must be returned in the same unworn condition it arrived. We will send you a replacement OR issue a gift card worth the amount you paid, whichever you prefer. 

    Please do not forget to include your order number or your name in the package, so we can track your order easily. If you don't do that your replacement, gift card or a refund could be delayed.
